HOW TO FREE YOUR MIND FROM STRESS - 2LITTLEBOYS.CO.UK*

PLEASE TAKE NOTE that my opinion is based on SMALLER problems in life - I can't relate to anything more than this at this stage in my life.

Okay, so I know the title of this Blog post is particularly broad, so let me break down for you what I am going to cover. OH and by the way, what I'm going to say isn't bible, and I'm not an expert on the subject, just telling you what I tell myself. The fact that I am now blogging three times a week, posting a youtube video once a week and juggle a full-time job has a huge part of it. The rest of it is just how I have learnt to generally have less stress in my life and how important it is to me not to waste time worrying and stressing about things that don't deserve my time. This post is dedicated to you, me and everyone in-between.

STEP ONE - Buy a notepad. Your going to need something quirky and affordable to jot down all of your thoughts and actions - the notepads featured are from www.2littleboys.co.uk

Okay so this point is super easy. When your feeling stressed, pressured or any similar negative feeling then ask yourself a few simple questions.

Bare in mind not every question will relate to every, but you should be able to ask and answer at least ONE of the below.

1 - Is this IMPORTANT to me/is there something MORE important which needs my attention right now? - The definition of important is: 'of great significance or VALUE'

2 -  Does this make ME happy or progress my life?

3 - Touching on point number one. Is this MY problem, should this be affecting ME?

4. Does this need my attention RIGHT NOW?? Or can this be solved later on?

So yeah I'm not one of those 'I'm so happy and perky and GOOD' bloggers - Im just me and I understand the importance of living YOUR life exactly the way you want it. Sorry that it sounds super selfish, but sometimes you have to be.

My next point is something we all know that we should do, but sometimes may not get around to doing.

If you have a lot on your mind..

1 - Write it down and tell someone
2 - THEN put all your worries and challenges into different categories such as:
 - DO NOW, DO LATER, DON'T DO, SOMEONE ELSE CAN DO
or
- NO EFFORT, SOME EFFORT, LOTS OF EFFORT, TOO MUCH EFFORT..

You can actually use both and ill give you an example of the questions and answers: If for example your job is stressing you out then you need to figure out:

- Is this job important to me? NO
- Does this job make me happy or progress me? NO
- Is this my problem, YES, should this be effecting me? NO
- Does this need my attention right now? YES

So from the above, it seems like the person needs to find a new job and fast.

THEN you put it into the above categories
Is it something I need to do now, do later, don't do or someone else can do? *DO NOW/LATER* (depending where you are and what your doing)
Will this be no effort, some effort, lots of effort, too much effort - *SOME/LOTS OF EFFORT*

Then you can judge and brace yourself for whats to come. Now you know.. It does need your attention right now because it shouldn't be effecting me and it will take some/lots of effort.

Then write a list of what to do next.. For example...

Monday - Update CV
Tuesday - sign up with x2 agencies
Wednesday - Apply for 3 jobs
Thursday/Friday - Apply for jobs when you get the chance - whether that may be before work, lunch break or after work - DON'T WAIT!! Use ALL the time God gave you and don't take any of it for granted. No pushing it until the weekend!!

Soo, go out and buy a couple of quirky notebooks like these SUPER CUTE notebooks which were sent to me from the amazing Sarah from www.2littleboys.co.uk

I hope this helps some of you?? If you can relate or this helped you, then please comment down below!
