bold, brave & bodacious

Be bold, be brave and be bodacious ladies. Happy International Women's Day to you all, I hope you felt empowered and confident. This post is just a little reminder to myself, that I LOVE being me. I like what I like, I don't like what I don't like, and I LOVE that I'm okay with that. Im different, quirky and I literally do not care if people like me or not. The fact that I am this way means that when I do find a friend or someone who loves me, they love me for 100% me - that way, I can always be 100% me without any criticism.

So back to my bold and brave outfit. SS17 screams bright and bold colours and frills. So I have decided to style up this skirt which features a mixture of the two trends. Usually I stay away from super bright colours, and stick to silver, glitter and anything else stand out but wearable. But when I found this mini skirt from Mango, I fell in love. The fit is so nice, it sits on my hips so comfortably, without any excess material. My waist is smaller than my hips, so I have problems finding a skirt which fits right. This affordable number was around £20! - they do a very similar skirt in silver which is already on my blog, and also a black version - they are also around £20!
